SHIPPING POLICY: All shipping is done via UPS, unless a package is being shipped internationally. The cost of shipping is dependent upon the value of the purchase. UPS Ground Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days if items are in stock. Please be aware that UPS does not deliver on holidays or over the weekend. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
*Please note—shipping may take longer due to items being out-of-stock. In the case of out-of-stock merchandise, XTC will attempt to contact the customer via e-mail or telephone. Also, XTC cannot be held accountable for delays within the UPS system, for UPS is a separate business from XTC and they encounter their own problems and delays.
* XTC reserves the right to take 3-5 days processing and completing orders. If an order should take longer than the time allotted the customer will be contacted.
*Please note—the customer is ultimately responsible for all shipping costs to and from XTC for purchases, exchanges, and/or edited orders.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: XTC prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the unused item in its original condition within 10 days of your purchase. If the item is returned undamaged and unworn within the 10 days, then XTC will provide a full refund or exchange upon arrival of the undamaged merchandise. XTC will refund the credit card for the full price of the merchandise (minus the shipping costs) .
*Please note—the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, unless XTC has sent the wrong size or item.
*Please note—if ordering sale items, please be aware that sale items cannot be returned and/or exchanged. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL!
PLEASE SEND RETURNED ITEMS TO: XTC, 15319 CR 1227 Flint, TX 75762. Please include a copy of your invoice, contact info, and a brief description of the problem with the merchandise.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS/OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS: You may cancel your order via e-mail or telephone up to the time that your order is shipped from XTC. If the order has already been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel the order. Once it has been shipped, you may return it once you have received the package, for a refund or exchange. If an item is out-of-stock, XTC will attempt to contact the customer, via e-mail or telephone, and discuss the options for the out-of-stock item.
*Please note—some items may be on backorder, meaning that XTC has placed an order to receive more of the specific item, and XTC is waiting to receive the shipment from the manufacturer. In this case, your order may take longer to be shipped.
Response Policy: XTC reserves the right to cancel any order over 30 days after repeated communication attempts fail.
